IS it compulsory to live in hostel for 5years while pursuing MBBS from private medical college like SGRRM COLLEGE ?????

No, it's not mandatory for you to stay in hostel and persue MBBS. If your home is nearby to the college and you can attend the classes on time you can travel up and down daily from home without staying in hostel. But if your home is too far and if it takes Lotta time for traveling you need to stay in hostel for compulsory. MBBS is course which need full attention and shouldn't miss any of the class. So it's upon your situation.
