is it compulsory to pay 10k because at present i just want to give cucet exam and i will opt Chandigarh University if my scholarship gets confirm?

It is advisable if you are not having any financial issues to pay 10k and reserve your seat in Chandigarh University. This fees is included in your tuition fees. On the other hand if you are not willing to take the seat and if you get into some of the nits or government universities, then you can claim for your refund by not accepting the seat.
