According to a recent update from the Medical council of India and ministry of health and family welfare, a student who wants to study MBBS in abroad or Medical course in abroad will have to clear NEET or qualify NEET before entry into Medical colleges in abroad.
yes now NEET is compulsory for MBBS in abroad within effect from December 2017.
Yes, its compulsory to pass NEET exam.
You have to get clearance certificate from Medical Council Of India.

You want to go abroad for medical then you have to clear NEET exam with good score because it is compulsory to qualify the NEET exam to get admission in abroad medical colleges. And still some disscussions were going on but I will suggest you to qualify the NEET exams.

Hi Saurav, Earlier it was not but Now it is compulsory. Health ministry made NEET compulsory for students who are looking for Medical college or courses in abroad.
