is it compulsory to score good marks in English also to get admission in sastra university for btech cse

Dear Aspirant, you should score good marks in English but in order to get admission in B Tech CSE in Sastra University or any other Engineering colleges or universities English marks is no that much required, They mainly focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) marks.
