hope you are doing well. So here i am enlisting the norms and your requirements that you need for state quota neet counselling registration:
Original documents (along with self attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under-graduate medical courses for admission to that particular State Quota seats and Private, management quota seats are as mentioned below.
a. Acknowledgement slip generated online after successful enrolment in pre-counselling b. Domicile certificate (a1, a2, b) or domicile certificate from e-district website as the case may be. c. Voter card/Aadhar card/Passport of parents in case of domicile certificate of parent and of the candidate. d. Caste certificate as applicable. e. NEET UG 2021 admit card. f. NEET UG 2021 Rank card. g. PwD certificate if applicable h. Payment of fees proof (generated online).
So I guess from point(c) its clear to you that you can upload either of the documents for registration. i. Age proof ( age should be 17 years by 31.12.2020) j. Class 10+2 mark sheet k. Medical Certificate ( from Registered Allopathic Medical Practitioner)
Hey krishna
The honourable Court has mentioned that for Admission and Entrance exam purposes, Aadhar cannot be a mandatory Id proof. You are required to fill the proof of identity details, if you don't have aadhar card you may fill the detail . Supreme Court has passed an order stating that Aadhar Card is not mandatory for Academic purposes. So you can upload another Id proof like your Driving license or Passport. Aadhar Card is not mandatory. ls of other identity cards like voter id card, PAN Card, Driving License, passport.
