Greetings.

There is no need to upload photograph with date and name for filling the JEE main application form. You can upload your photograph with or without the name and date.

Hi vishwa,

No need for it .Jee committee wontw disqualify your form if your photo lacks of date .unless it is given in the instructions by admission committee.
