HELLO STUDENT,
Actually nothing is impossible. If you try your best and if you have static goal to get a chance in government medical College you can definitely do it. But you have to study very hard. And should prepare well.you should go through all your basics of 10 + 2 level, do mini mock test, go through previous year question papers to get good result.
