See there is a condition for a student, for someone it will be easy to cover everything in between 4 months and for someone it will be much tough to cover everything on that particular time. But the fact is if your concept is clear and if you have ability to solve the difficult problems then 4 month is enough for anyone to crack JEE mains exam. And do not take JEE mains as lightly because exam is bit tough and one should be well prepared to deal with that, for that concept should be clear in each particular subjects.

JEE Mains is a national level entrance examination and it is quite tough. Preparation requires minimum of two years because the entire syllabi of classes 11 and 12 are included. If you are aware of the concepts and the topics, then a focused and consistent pattern of studying will help you in preparing for it in 4 months. Also, you can join some good coaching institute. This is going to help you more in preparing. Work hard and you will be able to achieve your goals.
Easy? Of course not. You'll have to work really hard if you have only that amount of time, with proper guidance from an experienced tutor, lots of prerequisite knowledge and a zeal for studying really hard every day. It isn't impossible, but it definitely isn't easy either.
