Is it enough if i get 150+ marks to get nit trichy on cs course with sc category,home state quote, female.???

Yes, surely if you score 150+ in JEE Main examination, you can easily get Computer Science and Engineering in NIT Tiruchirappalli if you belong to SC category and have Home State girl quota.
All this marks, your SC rank would be around 500 and you can easily get any branch of your choice.
