Is it enough to score 90+ in physics class 12 just by studying ncert?

Yes always possible, the only condition is you need to be excellent in all topics of syllabus as per NCERT. Also after reading NCERT, now if you have correctly understood all the concepts, you will be able to solve any problem that comes in your way.
