Hello,
You can do B.Sc from a private college. It can be as good as some government colleges. But you need to nake sure the facalities, faculty and the course curriculum of the college is good. If possible you must enquire the alumni of the college and also the students studying in that college they can you the best possible review.
If all this points are satisfied according to your need you can do it from a private college.
