GITAM, Bhubaneshwar does not offer B.Com (//B.Com) courses as you have mentioned in your question. I assume you wanted to ask about engineering as GITAM, Bhubaneshwar only offers engineering degrees to students.
1) Firstly, I would like to mention that the placement opportunities provided in this institution isn't great so you may want to rethink about this. Not many students get recruited & if they manage to get a job then the highest salary offered is around INR 5 LPA. The lowest is around INR 3LPA. Companies like Micromax, Elsoft, Wipro BPO, KMA, Lava, etc. come for recruitments.
2) Internship opportunities are available.
3) The educators are apparently very helpful & friendly. They are also very knowledgeable & experienced & there's no complain regarding the course of study.
4) The infrastructure is not systematically designed. The classrooms, labs are all spacious but there's no smart architecture, which could have made it better. Library & WiFi facility is good. The food is also fine.
5) There's medical facility available & there's annual sports & fests conducted.
These are the few points you need to consider before joining a college.
