If you are not getting any other top college than you can definitely try in it . First year would be difficult because infrastructure in not complete and will be completed till next year but the college is just 40 min away from delhi so you will have a great location advantage for seminars , workshops,  internships

May be it is not worthable..

You Can see other NlU below ranchi are not Good . It will take 5-6 years minimum to develop everything..

And then it will be in the race of NLU like ranchi...
