One of the best ways to prepare for the JEE Advanced exam is to first go through the syllabus and strengthen your knowledge about the important concepts which are also based on the previous year’s question paper analysis.

Make a time table for preparation.

Since shortcut is never the right way for any task but still you can go with some smarter and better techniques for preparing for JEE advanced.

First of all analyze the 4 to 5 years paper of JEE advanced while noting down the most important and frequent topic which the paper covers. Try to solve out old papers in time limit and work hard to master in the important topics and keep a watch for remaining topics too. Prepare easy chapters first.

JEE Advanced is much more difficult to crack than JEE mains. To crack JEE Advanced you need to put 10 times the efforts you have put for JEE mains. In order to score 80 marks in JEE Advanced focus on the concepts with have more weightage. Make your basic concepts and fundamentals strong. You can skip the topics which you find very difficult but make sure whatever you prepare for, be thorough with it.
Devote 8-10 hours of genuine study every day. Solve previous 10-15 year's question and sample papers. This will make you familiar with the questions in exam. Also keep giving mock test and improve your score in every attempt.
Again cracking JEE advanced is not everyone's cup of tea. It is all up to you. Your consistent effort matters.
