Yes , if you want to get into any medical or dental college be it government or private then there's no option other than neet examination as NEET examination,  NEET examination
has been mandatory to be qualified for courses like mbbs, bds, bhms, bams etc.
Even if you want to get admission in medical or dental colleges in a foreign country, even then it's mandatory to qualify neet examination,
so neet is your only gateway to medical colleges and dental , there's no other way except to neet examination.
