Hey Mahadevi !

Your questions seems a bit unclear. Would you please be a bit more elaborative ?

Passing NEET UG and getting hold of a seat in a Medical College doesn't make you an expert in Radiology.

Although Radiology is a part of the MBBS curriculum, yet that isn't a major subject.

The actual play of Radiology begins during PG for which you need to ace the NEET PG exam with a good rank (apparently below 2000) in order to pursue PG I Radiology.
