Hello Aspirant ,
Yes you should read all the boxes given in NCERT textbooks.
Read your NCERTs, read it one time , two times and one another time.
Every time you read it, you will find something new and that would be a potential question.
Give a look to all the texts, diagrams, boxes, summary, tables given in NCERT books

Some more tips you might find useful,
Give NTA mock tests , give 2tests per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
Practising previous year questions ,
,Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revsie named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new. Work on your weak points.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .

Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Eligibility include 12th PCB stream student with total aggregate of
50% UR
40% OBC/ST/SC
PWD 45%
Wishing you all the very best .

Its observed over time, that NEET sometimes asks direct question from the concepts mentioned in the boxes, mainly in chemistry. So if you have time, do consider those things (concepts and formulaes only) and add them to your notes so that you can read them later.

For the NEET chapterwise weightage consider the link provided below-
