If you are preparing Physics subject for NEET exam than you must focus equally on theory part as well as numerical part because unlike in JEE-Main, NEET focuses on theoretical as well as numerical part.
Whenever you are preparing physics numericals first of all you should make a try to attempt the question by yourself but if you faces some difficulty than only you should refer to the solution and understand the concept used in that question so that from next time you will not stucked in those typre of problems.
