If you are preparing Physics subject for NEET exam than you must focus equally on theory part as well as numerical part because unlike in JEE-Main, NEET focuses on theoretical as well as numerical part.

It is fine to look for the solutions sometimes but please do not make a habit of it. As i have seen many students jumping to the solution without even attempting the question with full potential.
