Yes, you should paste same post card size photograph vas your in neet admit card to avoid any misunderstanding or problems at the examination centre. As from the NTA they instruct you to paste same photographer so you should do the same.

Also your examination is going to be conducted on tommorrow, so you have enough time to take out same photographer and copy of admit card and paste same post card size on the admit card.
