Is it is required that one of 10th and 12th exam should be passed from Maharastra for eligible in state quota even if I am having a Domicile

You required two out of three

1)10 th exam

2) 12 th exam

3) Domicile (Maharashtra)

Excluding Government servant posting in other state ?

Dear Student,

No it doesn't really requires any such you to pursue your 10th or 12th from the state. For being benefitted by State quota you need to have domicile certificate which is issued for the state where you have permanent residence and thus state quota is provided for the state where you have permanent residence irrespective of from which state you have or are pursuing your studies or in which state you're doing a job. So, you'll get state quota for the state where you have permanent residence.
