Is it llegal to give CBSE and Bihar board class 10 same year. If I found in same year what punishment should give the government please help

Dear Anshu, you haven't mentioned the reason why you would like to pursue the same course twice. You can appear as a Private Candidate and a regular Candidate . But if you try misusing this for any malpractise or for any hidden benefits, then that is a problem. You will held for contempt and might have both your degrees cancelled.
