is it mandatory to go for all four subjects in IAT-2020 or there is option between maths and biology.

No , it's your choice which to attempt between maths and biology . As if you are a maths-biology student it will help you as physics and chemistry are not that tough , but if you are a pcm student you should complement your score with biology . At the end of the day it's your choice ( identify your strength and weakness and prepare accordingly )
