No, it is not mandatory to participate in both the counselling. Yes, you can take part in one of the following counselling. There are 50% seats devoted to All India Quota and 50% for state counselling for a college, devoted to students applying from a particular state.
MCC administers counselling for the subsequent Institutions/Universities:
50% All India Quota seats of an entire number of states (Union Territory of J&K is accountable for their offering of seats).
100% seats (All India Quota seats and Institutional Quota seats) for Central universities (Aligarh Muslim University or Banaras Hindu University or the University of Delhi or Central Institutes as per situations furnished by the individual college/institute.
100% seats of deemed institutes.
50% AIQ P.G seats of academies for Employee State Insurance Corporation (children of ESIC protected individuals).
Armed forces medical support establishments ( only for enrollment ).
100% seats of the participating states, for DM/Mch all-around country for state or private institute & deemed universities.
