Since you will be asked for the income certificate in case of obc as some colleges of du do prefer income certificate as a procedure in admission of obc category people. Therefore it would be better in order to carry your income certificate while admission procedure. It would be mostly required at the time when you will asked to show the original documents in the respective college you'll take your admission. Again it differs from college to college but it would be advisable to carry the income certificate along with your obc certificate while admission.

There is no need to provide a Non Creamy Layer certificate along with OBC certificate; however you will not be able to get the benefits for the same. If you want to avail the benefits and other facilities under the Non Creamy Layer OBC Certificate then only it is necessary to provide the NCL certificate.
