Yes it is mandatory to show your Class 10th certificate, marksheet as it is one of the required documents for registration of JEE as well as document verification during JOSAA Counselling. Date of Birth is not deemed as reliable because of poor issue quality in some rural areas and some of them even handwritten, therefore it is advised that you submit Class 10th certificate only.

YES, you can provide any one of the two, they both are accepted as a proof for DOB.

Three passport size photographs (same as uploaded in the JEE Main application)

Provisional seat allotment letter

12th class performance check

Undertaking by the candidate

Proof of seat acceptance fee payment

Photo ID card (issued by govt./last attended school/12th class admit card)

JEE Main 2021 admit card

JEE Main 2021 score card

Date of birth proof (10th class mark sheet)

12th class mark sheet & passing certificate (if available)

Medical certificate

Category certificate (if applicable)

PwD certificate (if applicable)

OCI certificate or PIO card
