As per your profile it seems that you want to ask for NEET UG application, if not then kindly correct me in the comment section given below.

So it is not mandatory to upload your signature in Horizontal manner only but it should be horizontally because the signature that you will be uploading in the NEET UG 2022 application will be used on your NEET UG confirmation page and if you will upload it in vertical alignment then it will be there in vertical form on your NEET UG 2022 application confirmation page however if you have uploaded it in vertical alignment then also there is no any problem it is all ok because your confirmation page will hardly be used any where in future.

But it should meet requirements prescribed by NTA :-
