Dear candidate, it is not compulsory to appear in both of them simultaneously. If you are confident that you can get any college under AIQ then you can apply for that. Otherwise it is always recommended to apply for STATE QUOTA counselling as every state reserves 85% of the total seats for the students of that state only. So chances of getting govt medical college increases under this.
