App development is completely interest based. you donot need technical background to get it done. Get your generic coding strong and practice problem solving. this will evolve your innovative development skills. now go for all APP development attribiutes, visual studios, mysql, github launches. you are done.

hi,

see to make an app you need to learn coding and coding is not the subject  only technical background people only knows, you may have seen that , now a days in many school programming is mandatory for kids to learn and they are also developing games and gaming app. there is many learning resources available from which you can learn and build apps, make websites,  like udemy, stanford online, upgrad etc.

hope it would help.
