Yes, you will be required to carry self declaration form in which candidates are required to provide details pertaining to having any kind of symptoms related to covid, or if they have come in contact with a positive person of covid, or they themselves have been tested positive before, hence you are required to provide all these  details, and this is important to fill in as you have to show this signed self-declaration form to the security guard at the time of entry into the exam centre,

and apart from hall ticket, self declaration form you should carry a valid id proof/transparent water bottle/50 ml hand sanitizer/mask/gloves/a simple pen with transparent cover
