Hello Aspirant,
As per the current eligibility criteria of NEET :-
** The candidate should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as mandatory subjects in 10+2.
** The candidate should be either appearing in exams or should have passed in all the subjects of 10+2.
** In PCB he/she should have minimum aggregate of 50% if he/she belongs to General category.
** Minimum age required to appear in NEET is 17 years means by December 31st of an examination year the candidate should complete his/her 17 years.
** As of now there is no upper age limit of 25 years as the case is still active in front of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
So if all the above criterion are satisfied then you can definitely appear for NEET 2021 but note that with Biology, Arts and English in 10+2, you will not be eligible for NEET because you should have the subjects combination as mentioned in above point no. 1.
