Yes, it is necessary to clear the neet exam to get admission in the private colleges as well. You can try for Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Sitapur, Rajshree Medical College, Bareilly, Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur, and Muzaffarnagar Institute of Medical Sciences.

Well,Yes. It is very important to ace NEET to be eligible to pusue MBBS and BDS in both government and private Medical colleges.
There are two other entrance examinations,other than NEET,namely-AIIMS and JIPMER but these two are autonomous institutions.
At 51,000 rank in NEET,you are not likely to get government Medical colleges if you are general. However,you may apply for private Medical colleges.
