No it's not.....there are many good engineering colleges that doesn't require jee marks(i am telling the scenario upto 2017).



It's your hard work and effort that will make u a good engineer.

If you want to do B.Tech from NITs/IIITs/GFTIs and IITs then you will have to crack Jee main/ advanced both.
