Yes. You have to fill the application form, then only you will be considered for counselling by the University.
There is no separate CET for admission to B.tech except B.tech(Biotech), they are considering the JEE Main rank.
Eligibility: Candidate must have passed 12th with the minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidate must addtionally have passed English as a subject in qualifying examination.
For B.tech biotechnology , University will conduct its own entrance exam CET.
