except for the colleges of AIIMS and jipmer every government or private medical college or dental college in India has to be accessed via giving and qualifying the neet examination and there is no exception to it
kindly note that even if your evening for a private medical college you will have to get the minimum of 50th percentile in the neet examination for general category and 40th percentile for the reserved categories feeling to do which you will not be eligible for neet counselling or seats to private medical colleges via neet
some colleges do provide management quota seats but you will have to appear in the neet examination and qualified to avail them even if not on the basis of your rank but on the basis of your qualifying in the neet examination

Yes,you have to give NEET exam for taking admission in any medical College except AIIMS and JIPMER so it is mandatory to give NEET exam for taking admission.i hope this information helps you.

Yes, NEET is the single entrance exam for admission to all the government, private and deemed medical colleges in India so you will have to appear in neet to get admission in private college.
