Yes it is necessay to give WBJEE to get admission in Jadavpur University. You cannot get admission on the basis of JEE MAINS score. You need to give WBJEE and have a good qualifying score. Then only you can get. With your JEE MAIN score there are many colleges you can get. So you can try in those colleges that accept score of JEE MAIN.

Yes, Jadavpur University accepts NATA. For admission in architecture here , qualification in either of two papers JEE main second paper(arch.)/ NATA is necessary during counseling . If you score good in either of the exam you chances will be higher.

You have to give WBJEE and NATA/JEE main 2ndpaper with good rank in both.

During counseling I met a guy who got architecture branch with a rank nearly 4500(WBJEE)+195 marks (paper 2 marks).
