No , you don't need to have category certificate for filling neet pg application form as it is not required to be uploaded while filling neet pg application form but yes it will be checked during counselling so get it made before neet pg counselling so that you don't have to face any problem later. The only thing that needs to be uploaded for filling neet pg application form is your photo , signature and Left-hand thumb impression.
