Is it necessary to have colour print of the JIPMER 2019 exam in the exam hall or can we take the black and white print in the exam hall?

No. It is not at all necessary to have a colour print out of admit card. For being on the safe side please read instruction details located on the back sid of your hall ticket. If and only it is mentioned(which is highly unlikely) to take a colour print, then you should have otherwise you are good with black and white printout.
