Hi  Chhavi,

Yes you can sit for the state quota seat counselling for the 85% state quota seats.

As long as you have the domicile and you are the permanent resident of Maharashtra state, then you are all good.

It does not matter from where you have given your class 12 because you have the domicile of your state.

So, I think you are all set.
