is it necessary to individually score 50 % marks in physics, chemistry and biology or overall percentage of all the six subjects including English, I.T and psychology will be considered?

If this is regarding NEET, you should complete your 12th in all subjects and then score 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
