Hey shushma!

No , it is not at all necessary to join the college allotted to you in second round of MP NEET COunselling 2019 . If you are not satisfied with the seat , you can withdraw your seat. And your money will be refunded within a given period of time. The money will be refunded after all the rounds of counselling will be over.
