Yes, it is necessary to pass 12th physics exam in order to appear for NEET entrance exam. You should have passed 12th class with chemistry, biology/biotechnology, physics and english as main subjects. Minimum aggregate in PCB for general is 50% and for OBC/ST/SC is 40%.

Yes, it is necessary to pass Physics Exam in class 12th for giving NEET.You can appear for NEET exam only after you pass 12th grade,
To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually. The candidates belonging to General Category should score a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 or HSC examination.
Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
For persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.
