paying on not paying hostel fees is completely up to you and if you are a day scholar and if you are staying in a locality or you are paying rent at a paying guest house it is completely up to you and there is no such hard and fast rule that you will have to stay at the hostel but please make sure that you opt out of the hostel residency at the time of form fill up an admission at the college if that is your plan to avoid further complications down the line

Yes , because they include hostel fee in sum total of college fee per annum and provide a three seater room to each of the student got admission there.

There may be any option for removal of hostel fee . For this you have to go for college visit or you cann ask these things through thier help desk option.
