Unless and until you have applied to avail a scholarship, you will definitely have to pay your tuition fees for further studies. Because every new course you pick up will have different requirements to be catered to, and your institutions may not be linked either. So in case of no scholarship or sponsorship, tuition fees will have to be paid.
