As CBSE ask question from all the three portion of chemistry it is good to prepare all the portion properly to score good marks in exam.

Inorganic Chemistry : p-block and d-block together carry 13 marks. Though it advisable to prepare them from NCERT . Read objective questions and previous year questions from them and you will get satisfactory result. Also practice the structure and hybridization of different p-block compounds given in the NCERT book, these are asked frequently.

It is advisable to do both organic and inorganic chemistry

In your boards exams three parts of chemistry are there
i.e
Physical Chemistry
Inorganic chemistry
Organic chemistry
Now three of these part has equal weightage.
Now you can pass in chemistry maybe without studying inorganic part or organic part .
But you result would be poor
And in no good college you would get admission with these marks.
But if you want it do engineering then maybe your results in boards don't matter much.
Only you have to exceed the cutoff
