Is it necessary to pursue post-graduation after completing any degree course such as B.A / B.Com / B.sc or can I get a job after graduation also?
Hello
You should not start working after graduation If and only if there is a familly situation that demands that you work immediately and contribute to the revenues of the family to sustain the family. Even if this is true take this as a decision which you could practice for 2 years. Work hard for two years, raise money for family, create savings for yourself and go back to complete your masters. Finding a job after bachelors is not a problem but having a good career growth in an organisation without masters would be difficult. 10 years down the line all things being equal your performance might be really good but not having a masters degree can put you in a back foot. Promotion may be denied just because of this reason. So, masters qualification is very very critical for a career foundation.
So if you are doing B.A / B.Com, choose something appropriate for yourself. An MBA can be a good choice.
