To get admission in any of UG courses for studying MBBS, BDS, BHMS or BAMS courses, one needs to qualify the National level entrance exam- NEET.
There is no other/direct admission method.
But if in case you don't get any seat, then there is management quota through which you can get admission in any college.
Minimum 50 %ile is required to qualify the exam. But, If your want to get admission in your desired college- then you should keep high target of 500-550+ atleast.
Hope you're getting my point.
So, prepare well and study smart.!
Practice maximum to score maximum..!
Hope this helps.!
Good Luck

Hello Sinam,
NEET is mandatory for taking admission to UG medical courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS etc. as all the top medical institutes conduct their admission process based on score of NEET.
However some of the autonomous institutes such as BVP conduct their own entrance exams.
The option of direct admissions via management quota is available in case you don't get seat in a desired college but management quota seats will not offer you other benefits such as defense reservation, PWD reservation, fees exemptions for OBC, SC, ST candidates and so on.
Also many times colleges demand huge donations for a management quota seats as college has all rights on the distribution of that seat.
So I would suggest you to go for centralized admission process instead of management quota in order to reserve your seat securely.
Hope this helps.
All the Best.
