Yes, it is necessary to reach the reporting center on the date and time which is being allocated to you. Documents to be brought on the day of reporting for verification are as follows:-
- 3 Passport size photos identical to the one uploaded during the JEE Main registration.
- Class 12 Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
- Undertaking by the candidate [format given in Annexure 9 of JoSAA Business rules]
- Proof of seat acceptance fee payment by online net banking of State Bank of India (SBI), debit cards issued ONLY by SBI and E-Challan by SBI
- Photo identity card
- Admit card of JEE (Main)
- Scorecard of JEE (Main)
- Date of birth proof [Class X mark sheet]
- Medical certificate [format is given in Annexure 8 of JoSAA Business rules]
- Category certificate (GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST), if applicable [format given] on JOSAA site.
- Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable.
- OCI certificate or PIO card, if applicable
- Registration-cum-locked choices for seat allotment
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school.
Failing to provide any of the documents mentioned above will lead to cancelation of the seat allocated.
