Is it necessary to read NCERT physics or HC Verma is more than enough for competitive exams like jee mains and muoet?

Ncert is really very important book for every competitive exam....first you should concentrate on ncert books solve examples and intext questions.....after than solve hc verma questions.....no need to study more than these two books..

HCV Is like a holy book for engineering entrance exams... But it is very important to read NCERT first because the jee mains exam will be conducted by the cbse board and if u see previous papers there are many questions from ncert.. So my suggestion is to complete NCERT first and then go for worked out examples and exercises of HC verma..
