Obviously you have to renew your obc certificate before sitting in the counselling. There is a time period for the certificate validation.

There is another option but that is more typical, which is that you can get obc certificate form from neet brochure and fill the form and then you have to get signature of gazetted officer of your town then you can upload that form in the place of obc certificate.
